4-year terms

Any change to 4-year terms should only be done AFTER the 2014 elections. Current major and city council members were elected to 2-year terms, only.

Any attempt by the mayor and/or city council to extend their current terms to 4-years is a power grab and also a suspension of the 2014 elections.

Changing the rules AFTER the game has already started is an affront to the citizens and must be fought tooth and nail.
