Notice that ol' big O isn't talking about gang violence or handguns used by repeat offenders ( the most frequent of all gun crimes by large "shot"), nor does he mention his Hollywood supporter's use of violence to sell flicks while they talk publicly against arms (they gave him a LOT of money last election).
No, he sees an opportunity to chip away at a portion of gun rights because of a tragic opportunity, even though the NEWTOWN school shooter didn't actually use the "assault weapons" in question (there was one found in his car, unfired).
We will see his highness give congress a chance to fail allowing the "gun guys" of his party to publicly defend constituent rights, and then flex his presidential muscle to skirt the very constitution he knows so well and believes so little in.
He will let his lefty pals vote against the proposed measures to preserve their home votes for reelection in a congressional shamshow and then do his unilateral best to arrive at his goal, for after all, he can't run again anyway, yet.
This devious orchestration of Democrat preservation is a plan beautiful in conception and purely rotten for a misled public in implementation.
We need to tell our reps now that we see through the fog and demand a stop to this baloney, now.
