As a boy, I remember the before and after effect of massive tree cutting caused by Dutch Elm disease. It was a terrible blight to our community.
Large old trees, standing like sentries,give a neighborhood a real sense of being solid and secure.
Duke Energy and the City of Greensboro need to be held accountable for attempting to destroy a community asset that is irreplaceable! erwintrager@gmail.com
