Sigh, this Council, which is in large majority just the old Council, seems to not understand how to do much of anything, except spend OUR money. Too bad we don't have more Conservatives...maybe THEY could get something actually done.
How much LONGER are they going to continue this insanity of voting FOR something, then deciding to wait?
(Well, with the EXCEPTION of giving Bernita Sims money for her expensive, and none too successful little group, the Coletrane Festival..now THAT they seem to always do with remarkable speed.)
