You have individuals being hired making more than individuals who have been employed for years with the County. You have directors that don't look after their employees. They have no push or drive for equality and these studies are needed in EVERY department and on every individual employee. Yet our focus is on the top salary individuals. Where are the directors standing up for their employees? HR needs to be doing this "parity study" and also a "salary compression" study for every employee. Perhaps the county employees should walk out and tell the high paying directors to do the job themselves. The morale in this county government is already extremely low and now it will be sent over the edge. County Depts Unite! |
