Who are the children here?

Having watched the pain my own broke parent's divorce caused their three children I can only hope the daughter finds some comfort during this time. The mayor, his wife and her father all should be tarred and feathered for allowing the depths of the family chaos to go public. I hope her peers treat the child with some degree of compassion.
