Also I think the guy servicing his tools was expressing an opinion rather than fact.

You know, Bush really messed this whole energy thing up.

Why in heck was he elected? So many conservatives complain about his policies. Too much spending, corn in my gas, funny light bulbs and a messed up banking system.

And these were all policies on behalf of his Republican buddies.
