We pay one advisor Lord knows how much to rewrite ordinances that the $450k"idea man" with no local stake but his fee involved may or may not agree with, with city funds, to benefit property owners that should do their own spiffing up to benefit properties that will be enhanced in value with just a little agreement and cooperation from the city.
We constantly bow to the lack of vision by our electeds to pay someone else to do the job that we elected them to do. Of course this way the voters don't have a say in the "vision" process,do they?
