Sadly,there are no fees to be made by promoting efficiency, low tax and utility bills, making a community attractive as a place to live and do business.
Much the same as a broken legal system that only gets lawyers paid the big money to get folks off.
Capitalism is simultaneously our friend and our worst enemy, depending on who writes the checks.
