100% False. If you look at the average care the average citizen receives almost all western democracies with socialized health get better coverage than Americans for less money and with more freedom, and that's where you should look, not the extremes of the very poor or the very rich but right at the average. Sowell understands markets but the differences between republicans and democrats is where and when to intervene. The rest of the world figured out health care why can't the US?
