Not to pat the back of Republicans, but the present adminnistration had not only the Presidency, but obstruction proof majorities in both House and Senate. Whatever you think of the "two years of obstructive republican control(ed) tea party hijacked congress", remember that those new members were a result of people's disatifaction with the overreaching and irrresponsible policies of liberals in office. The only thing "obstructed" was further unread 2000 page laws being rammed through Congress and trillions more in money we do not have being doled out in entitlements and failed government-backed companies (read socialist experiments and paybacks). I find the concept of 'tea party obstructionism' amusing as any careful look at the last two years will find that it has been Senate Democrats that have blocked any meaningful chance at reform, not just once, but repeatly, while claiming that it was their conterparts in the House.

While the rest of the world seeks to emulate the prosperity they have seen in the US in the past, the present administration seems bent on emulating what history has show to fail over and over. Why?
