Is that the half that doesn't pay any taxes, or the other half? East half, west half? North or south? I'd love to see the source data. Although it is just easier to parrot statistics that may or may not be from a truly impartial data source. Results are often determined in how the query is originally phrased or parameters set. Also, how does that compare to the ratios in Mexico, Kuwait, Russia, China, Germany, and Zimbabwe.

I am so confused. If I do not like Obama's handling of the economy, but like the writings of Sowell and Walt Williams, am I still a racist? Someone help me please.
