Thanks to Jerry Bledsoe and the Rhinoceros Times for this comprehensive and courageous series. Corruption in government at any level, left unchecked, will prove fatal to any society. Haiti is such a perpetually poor country due primarily to corrupt government. We should not fail to take heed.
