On Dec. 7, 2012, US District Court Judge James Fox ruled that North Carolina cannot proceed with the sale of "Choose Life" license plates. Judge Fox ruled that a law passed by the North Carolina legislature in 2011 is unconstitutional, calling it "viewpoint discrimination in violation of the First Amendment."
It is unconstitutional to choose life? Shame on you, James Fox.
