That is a cover of the Casting Crowns version from "Peace on Earth", 2008. When they performed it on their Christmas tour a few years a go they had a kid's choir singing backup; it was perfect.
I know you've discovered them in the last year or so; give that CD a try. I love it and I'm usually a Scrooge about Christmas music because of Christmas choir rehearsals having to start in September.
