County Raises

I think it is so unfair that the county directors were given raises with the reason being fear of a law suit. There are other employees who are in the same situation that aren't being paid for their worth. Some employees who have been witht he county for several years aren't making the same as others who have been with the county at or near the same time. This is because the starting pay was increased several times but no incentives were given to workers who had been with the county.New workers come and see who things are and then leave. Seasoned workers are left to clean up the mess left from the workers who leave and no incentives are given. Directors stay in their office and delegate to others to do what they can not do or refuse to do. Maybe if there were less bosses that at times isn't required then others at the bottom could get a raise. Maybe everyone who is owed an adjustment just as the directors just received band together and get a law suit we can get a raise as well. Several months ago we were told that an assessment was being done to see if everyone was being paid equally. LOL still haven't heard anything back.
