Sims has been absent for years in representing the majority of taxpayers here. She is narrowly focused on her own agendas and views the rest of the city as a pot to draw funds from. She has learned well from Smothers, and Smothers has adopted Whitley as her other "child" while luring a more than willing Mendenhall back into her possible alliances.
Regrettably, Douglas ain't going anywhere, debts owed the city or not.
We need for all of these to go, or you will only see the state's most expensive city to live and do business in, become moreso.
