I suppose there are two "Observers" commenting on here.
First you say I spend too much, then you say I can't spend until elected.
The fact is, I have never held elected office and have never spent one dime of taxpayer's money on anything (as I have never had the power to do so).
I have committed to not raising taxes or fees. I believe the way to bring in more revenue is to grow the city's economy.
Tell me what giant spending items I have proposed?
As for Jerry White ... I have never met him or known him.
