I loved A Discovery of Witches and think that your review of it was spot on! I love long books as long as they are worth it and this completely was! I hate closing a book and thinking- that was good, but I could have cut 75 pages out and still got the gist. Harkness is a beautiful story teller and I cannot wait to get my hands on her third book in the series. I am however, happy to as you put it relish in the two previous volumes of the series. They are fantastic.
