Pugh seems hellbent on forcing his religious beliefs on everyone in the city and Mendenhall seems hellbent on raising taxes and spending more money.
Between the two, I guess I can better put up with all the prayer than I can with the city sticking it's hands deeper into my pockets. Particularly when it goes to fund debacles like the recent Coltrane Festival. High Point and Guilford County citizens got taken for over $100,000 on that fiasco and no doubt our City Council will appropriate even more funds to them for next year.
