I do see your points about the Batman movie, but generally I go to movies to just be entertained. In short, it takes a lot to really bug me. If I can go through such a long movie without feeling a need to check my watch, we're good.
However, one thing really did bug me as completely nonsensical. The scene with the very large number of police walking down a street, directly towards the bad keys (who were armed with automatic weapons)!!! Nothing like having hundreds of police all packed into a tight space with no cover!
