Hi. This is for everybody that works for The Rhino. You might be interested knowing that our dead-beat, tax-cheat mayor spoke to the Greensboro Rotary today at luncheon. And he says the worst thing that happened to Greensboro is the paper that comes out on Thursday, it's the worst thing that happened to progress in Greensboro, and the members ought to do something about it. And I laughed myself. The members are doing something about it. Reading the paper and knowing what's going on in Greensboro. So, just wanted to pass that on to you. Bye-bye.

We think it is a tragedy that a 21-year-old female driver lost her life this week in Greensboro with the police chasing her. She did not commit a crime. She might have broken a traffic offense. But it's not worth chasing a 21-year-old driver and scaring them into wrecking. If the police really want to chase somebody, why don't they chase some of the major drug dealers we have in Greensboro, or is that a little bit too dangerous? Thank you.

Yes, here's a little knowledge from Ronald Reagan. He said: We must regret the idea that every time a law is broken society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American perception that each individual is accountable for his actions. And this is from Ronald Reagan. I think it is a good thought. Thank you, and have a nice day.

As far as the politics in town, The Rhino Times has some, let's say, gumption. Thank you, and keep this up.

In reference to the illegal alien using the fake Social Security card to sign up for TV, don't you realize we legal citizens are the only ones expected to obey the law, even though Barry Soetoro Obama says we are a nation of laws. Those laws only pertain to the US citizens. Illegal aliens are exempt for our laws. Don't you realize that? How many other violations has she committed? Sneaking across the border, violation. Driving without a license, violation. Working at a job in the country illegally, violation. Fake Social Security card, violation. And at a cost of over $250,000 a year raising a child from the age of 2 to 18 years of age, how much does that cost us in this case? Multiply that by millions, and you'll see what's going on in America and why we're in debt up to our eyeballs. We can't continue to fund the education, medication, and the cost to raise the illegal aliens as we have …

In continuation. We are in debt to our eyeballs. But with millions of illegal aliens in this country, and we're giving away our birthright to these people as fast as they can have children. And, then, the cost per child paid out. We're bankrupt. But, yet, the person that's going to suffer in all of this is the American citizen, the elderly people, the people in need of help. The monies needed to help these folks are going to be spent on illegal aliens. And no one seems to care. Obama is doing just what Obama does. He's trading votes for – for funds. It's a disgrace and a shame, and when an illegal alien in the USA has more rights than us taxpaying citizens. And this is a continuation, and it's going to continue until somebody with some guts in the Congress and Senate decides to address this issue. Not only that, China is sending their women into this country right now …

I'm 77, and I barely did get through high school. But I'm watching the news. This is Jan. 7. And for my Democrat friends that's got a good education, some of them went to college, did not have enough sense and enough foresight to see that Obama is going to be taxing everybody in this country. This tax is coming out that you have never heard of before. I knew that. And they didn't know it. I don't understand that.

This is just a note about the Duke Energy tree cutters. Duke really does not cut any trees themselves but do contract the work out. So, the tree cutters get paid by the amount of work they do. The more trees down, the bigger the paycheck from Duke. What could be wrong with this picture? If Duke plans to offer electricity 100 years from now, wouldn't it be cheaper for them to put the lines underground, kind of like Switzerland, and not have to worry about ice storms and triple pay for out-of-state workers, etc., etc. If they did 5 percent per year, in 20 years the problem is solved if my math is right. Or at least when they're having to move lines, wouldn't it be good to put the lines underground then, like High Point Road? No, Duke decided just to move the lines, cut more trees and the beat goes on. So, Duke just lets the misery go on. They do not have to worry about a profit. And they just charge us back for all expenses. Thanks.

Two of the safest states in the US are Wyoming and Vermont. Wyoming appeals very much to the right. Vermont appeals very much to the left. Both have next-to-no gun laws. You can alternatively go to Venezuela if you want to experience lots and lots of oppression for your children.

Good evening. This month marks the very sad 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade in January 1973, thanks to our always-knowing-what's-best-for-us Supreme Court. What a national tragedy. I would like to make this statement that I hope you will not find too distasteful to print. I have done some research on the staggering number of murders – oops, I'm sorry, I meant abortions – performed in this nation since Roe v. Wade became the law of the land. You talk about a woman's right? Maybe roughly half the babies aborted in the last 40 years in this nation were girl babies. Did they have a choice?

Yeah, as tragic as the shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, was, what we seem to forget is that 25 to 30 people get shot and killed every day in this country. So, the same number of people that died in that one tragedy died the next day from guns. So, let's put this in perspective. We need background checks to make sure that people that are mentally ill don't get guns. Well, I guess if you want a gun and someone in your house is mentally ill that doesn't have to pass a background check for you to get a gun, then you shouldn't have one either. Because this guy didn't have a background check or anything. He was a nut job, and there was a gun available for him to pick up and use. So, if anybody in the house has any mental illness, then no one in the house should have a gun. It's pretty simple. And guns kill people.

% % %

Yeah, to continue. Guns do kill people when nut jobs get hold of them and shoot them. So, if anybody in this country is undiagnosed with a mental illness, and how are we supposed to keep the guns out of their hands? The simple solution is, nobody has any guns, then we don't have this problem. And well-regulated militia was designed to have the people ready to fight against the British who might be coming over here trying to take over the US. That's what the gun law was about in the Constitution, not about you having a gun in your house or on your person, because you could shoot somebody that you thought was a threat. And the first person that tries to shoot someone in my defense and shoots me, I'm going to sue the heck out of them for everything they've got, because I didn't ask for their help.
