$1, 500.00-Grand Vin 1899 Chateau Graud-LaRose (empty). Signed by then-President Ronald Reagan along with the majority of his staff. Other signatures include Sec. of State Jim "Bear" Brady, Michael Deaver, Jim Baker, Gary Schustor, and CBS correspondent Bill Plante. My late-father was the lead alcohol distributor for the White House during Reagan's first term. This bottle was signed during a function at the White House circa 1981.
